About the role
- Assist with continuous improvement activities, including maintaining procedures and operational controls, supporting process owners in updating their process controls.
- Continuously support logistics processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization opportunities.
- Assist with detailed analyses of operational performance, identifying deviations, trends, and patterns.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to the team.
- Assist in tracking corrective and preventive actions resulting from audits and performance evaluations.
- Support the resolution of routine issues related to logistics controls.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Logistics, Business Administration, Production/Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Lean mindset.
- Availability to reside in the São Paulo or Paulínia region.
- Preferred qualifications:
- - Advanced/Fluent English;
- - Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
