About the role

  • Design and implement CRM campaigns end-to-end, including targeting, setup, and execution.
  • Configure campaigns using CRM automation and campaign management tools (e.g., HCL Unica, Interact, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign).
  • Ensure accurate targeting through segmentation, audience building, and application of business rules.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to leverage data models, predictive scores, and personalization strategies.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness using KPIs such as deliverability, open rates, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
  • Support the development of customer journeys and conduct testing across various touchpoints (email, SMS, push, in-app, web).
  • Identify optimization opportunities through A/B testing, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize Generative AI and Agentic AI to personalize content and analyze feedback from multiple communication channels.
  • Analyze NPS survey results and app reviews to inform communication strategy, while working closely with cross-functional teams (Retail, Marketing, Digital, IT) for smooth campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar role (e.g., Campaign Specialist, CRM Specialist, Marketing Automation Officer).
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate studies in Data-driven Marketing, Business Analytics, or Digital Marketing will be considered as an additional asset.
  • Have proven experience in a commercial reporting or data analysis role, including familiarity with databases and data analysis.
  • Have experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools to create visualizations and dashboards.
  • Have excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Have ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Are fluent in English language (written and spoken).
