About the role
- You manage incoming invoices, monitor outstanding items, and securely process electronic payments.
- You prepare outgoing invoices and provide qualified support for the monthly payroll.
- You identify billable services and receivables and ensure our fixed asset records are consistently up to date.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office management) and initial practical experience in administration or secretarial work.
