About the role
- Perform operational support tasks for vehicle storage (e.g., parking and relocating vehicles)
- Perform basic technical maintenance and upkeep on stored vehicles (e.g., charging batteries, replacing windshield wipers, fitting license plate holders, replenishing consumables)
- Assist with vehicle-related tasks under supervision (e.g., preparing vehicles for deregistration, storing license plates, accessories and wheels)
- Conduct basic vehicle condition inspections (according to intake protocols and process guidelines)
- Use the provided warehouse and logistics software (app on mobile devices)
- Follow quality assurance instructions and carry out prescribed QA measures
- Securely store keys, documents, license plates and other items associated with the vehicles (including required documentation)
- Document and log your activities in the designated IT systems/apps/lists/manual sheets
Requirements
- An industrial or commercial vocational qualification is desirable, but career changers without vocational training are also welcome
- Experience performing support tasks in warehousing, logistics or manual trades
- Confident use of tools, safe operation of vehicles, and willingness to work outdoors
- Reliable team player with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Driver's license class B (car)
- Consistently quality-conscious and conscientious work
- Friendly manner
- Ability to operate a smartphone/tablet
