• Operational processing of, for example, purchase/sales contracts, contract setup, contract execution, and contract amendments according to process guidelines
• Administrative handling of dealer/customer contracts, framework agreements or master agreements (including steps required for authorization/legitimation)
• Operational handling of vehicle control/logistics processes (e.g., vehicle transports, vehicle preparation, vehicle appraisals, missing parts)
• Operational handling of case resolutions (e.g., objections and complaints)
• Maintenance of master data / customer / dealer / service provider records
• Operational processing of (pre-)checks of incoming invoices and document requests
• Preparation and follow-up of events (e.g., events/trainings/conferences), including organization/coordination/booking of venues, hotels and services
• Communication via e-mail and telephone with process partners regarding the respective operational topics
