About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and execute the commercial strategy for the assigned Northeast territory
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with end users, system integrators, and distributors
- Drive lead generation, pipeline development, and deal execution
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customer decision-makers
- Articulate Eureka Robotics’ value proposition to drive profitable growth and customer success
- Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts and coordinate customer needs across engineering, applications, and operations teams
- Manage and grow key accounts and strategic partners
- Define and execute regional sales strategies with Sales Management and leadership
- Establish and improve scalable sales processes, KPIs, and reporting structures
- Analyze sales performance and adjust tactics
- Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and reporting
- Build executive-level relationships with Tier-1 automotive suppliers and target industries
- Represent Eureka Robotics at customer sites, industry events, and partner engagements
- Provide market feedback to inform product, pricing, and go-to-market strategy
- Engage existing customers, identify upsell opportunities, and generate referrals
- Independently negotiate and close deals, escalating strategically when needed
- Maintain structured account planning and daily outreach activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently located in the Northeast U.S.
- Must reside in one of the following states: New England, NY, MA, PA, NJ, CT
- Direct experience in industrial robotics or manufacturing automation
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or a related technical field; Business or equivalent experience considered
- 3–5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience specifically within industrial robotics, robotic system integration, machine vision, factory automation, or closely related manufacturing automation technologies
- Experience identifying and developing robotic automation applications within manufacturing environments
- Understanding of robots, machine vision, end-of-arm tooling, controls, and related automation technologies
- Established network within the Northeast manufacturing automation ecosystem
- Strong understanding of Tier-1 Automotive and EOM/OEM manufacturing environments
- Experience developing, enabling, and supporting channel partners, including system integrators and automation distributors
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across engineering, operations, and executive levels
- Willingness to travel within the territory, typically 30–50%
- Preferred experience selling vision-guided robotics, 3D vision, AI-based perception, or robotic software platforms
- Familiarity with robot brands, PLCs, and industrial ecosystems such as FANUC, ABB, Yaskawa, Universal Robots, Siemens, and Rockwell
- Track record of opening new accounts and expanding existing Tier-1 or large OEM customer relationships
- Experience with channel-first or hybrid direct-and-partner sales models
- Comfort presenting technical solutions and ROI cases to engineering teams and business decision-makers
- CRM proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or similar
