About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Project management & product development
- Management and further development of innovative AI projects in the area of digital communication and AI Service Operations
- Development and implementation of new B2C solutions, in particular AI-supported care and assistance systems
- Structuring project workflows, roadmaps, milestones and resources
- Market & business development
- Identification of new market opportunities and use cases for AI solutions
- Development of innovative concepts for B2C and B2B communication solutions
- Collaboration with sales and marketing to position new products
- Strategic development
- Shaping the technological and organizational development of EuraTel
- Building scalable processes for future AI service products
- Supporting the establishment of new partnerships and cooperation models
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in Business, IT, Business Informatics, Project Management, Digitalization or a comparable qualification
- Several years of project management experience – ideally in IT, digital, SaaS or AI projects
- Strong technical understanding and high IT affinity
- Enthusiasm for artificial intelligence, automation and digital innovation
- Experience managing interdisciplinary projects and teams
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a hands-on mentality
- Advantageous: experience with AI, voicebots, customer service or conversational AI
- Knowledge of SaaS, platform or telecommunications solutions
- Understanding of modern API, software or automation processes
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
