About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Actively acquire new and existing B2B customers
  • Advise prospects on our voicebot, AI, and communication solutions
  • Deliver product presentations, online demos, and sales meetings
  • Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solution proposals
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes through to contract signature
  • Identify new market opportunities and sales channels
  • Contribute to marketing and sales campaigns as well as social media activities
  • Document and maintain customer contacts in the CRM system

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Interest in AI, digitalization, and modern communication technologies
  • Sales experience, ideally in the contact-center environment, is an advantage
  • Enjoy working with people and selling innovative solutions
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
  • Confident use of digital applications and MS Office
  • Experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service is desirable
  • Knowledge of telecommunications, software, SaaS, or contact-center solutions
  • Experience with CRM systems and social-media channels
  • Affinity for AI-powered applications and digital business models
