About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively acquire new and existing B2B customers
- Advise prospects on our voicebot, AI, and communication solutions
- Deliver product presentations, online demos, and sales meetings
- Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solution proposals
- Prepare and follow up on quotes through to contract signature
- Identify new market opportunities and sales channels
- Contribute to marketing and sales campaigns as well as social media activities
- Document and maintain customer contacts in the CRM system
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Interest in AI, digitalization, and modern communication technologies
- Sales experience, ideally in the contact-center environment, is an advantage
- Enjoy working with people and selling innovative solutions
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
- Confident use of digital applications and MS Office
- Experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service is desirable
- Knowledge of telecommunications, software, SaaS, or contact-center solutions
- Experience with CRM systems and social-media channels
- Affinity for AI-powered applications and digital business models
