About the role
- Responsible for day-to-day operations and communications at smartments properties
- Provide professional and disciplinary leadership for a five-person team
- Support the design and implementation of brand concepts
- Oversee property openings and staff recruitment
- Develop and implement the systems landscape in collaboration with the Commercial team
- Ensure customer satisfaction and monitor reviews
- Work closely with external partners and company management
- Prepare SOPs, reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or relevant professional experience in hospitality, student housing, or property management
- Positive demeanor and strong enthusiasm
- Sense of responsibility and an independent working style
- Team player with an awareness of the needs of the entire operation
- Genuine guest- and service-orientation
- Residence close to properties in Nuremberg, Graz, Vienna, Hamburg, or Berlin
- Willingness to travel up to 85%
