Senior HR Manager
EUPD Research ESGSenior HR Manager developing modern HR strategies and processes for sustainability-focused EUPD Research group. Collaborating with leadership to improve overall HR operations and enhance workforce engagement.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will further develop our HR strategy and shape modern, future-oriented HR practices.
- You will analyze HR metrics and derive measures for organizational and personnel development.
- You will be responsible for demanding recruitments and continue building out our talent-acquisition framework.
- You will optimize candidate experience, employer branding, and recruiting processes.
- You will drive the digitalization of our HR processes and further develop our HR tools and systems (e.g., Zoho).
- You will contribute to expanding HR reporting and data-driven decision-making foundations.
- You will support change and transformation processes (e.g., collaboration, processes, culture).
- You will design and accompany personnel and leadership development measures.
- You will independently lead HR projects with high visibility and accountability for results.
- You will support building scalable HR structures and contribute best-practice and innovation impulses.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of professional experience in HR management, ideally in a dynamic or highly digital environment.
- Deep understanding of modern HR practices — both operational and strategic.
- Strong affinity for digital tools, HR systems, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in HR project work or implementing new tools/processes is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills, along with confident stakeholder management.
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented working style combined with entrepreneurial thinking.
