Research & Operations Support – Corporate Health & Social Sustainability
EUPD Research ESGResearch & Operations Support enhancing corporate health and social sustainability through project management and analysis. Collaborating across departments to improve health management for organizations.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the team in project management and business development.
- Independently implement individual projects and subprojects in collaboration with interdisciplinary departments: project management, business development, CRM and communications.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding our corporate health certifications and product portfolio.
- Coordinate audit appointments and support the organization of corporate health events.
- Assist in preparing presentations and proposals.
- Maintain data and integrate it into websites, proposals and project/CRM systems.
- Support research activities (contact data, market actors, etc.).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training or degree in business administration, marketing, health management or a comparable field.
- Enthusiasm for hands-on project work.
- High level of independence, commitment and reliability.
- Precise, structured and solution-oriented working style.
- Team player with an open and communicative manner.
- Fluent German language skills, written and spoken; English skills are an advantage.
- Understanding of the economic and social importance of corporate health management for employers.
- IT affinity for new software solutions and confident use of MS Office.
- (Practical) previous experience in corporate health management is an advantage.
