About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You identify new business opportunities and independently build a strong network in the fields of workplace health management (BGM), sustainability, and HR
  • You conduct qualified initial consultations, analyze customer needs, and provide professional advice on our services
  • You develop compelling solution proposals and confidently present our portfolio to operational contacts and decision-makers
  • You take responsibility for the entire sales cycle: from initial contact and proposal preparation to closing
  • You manage existing customers, identify growth opportunities, and further develop long-term customer relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Commercial training or a degree, ideally in business, sales, or communications
  • Initial professional experience in B2B sales, preferably in a consultative or technically complex environment
  • Enjoyment of outbound sales, strong communication skills, and a confident, professional manner
  • Structured, goal-oriented working style and a good sense for customer needs
  • Excellent German skills (at least C1); good English skills are an advantage
  • Hands-on mentality, team spirit, and strong motivation to continue developing professionally
