About the role

  • You identify new business opportunities and independently build a strong network in the areas of workplace health management (BGM), sustainability and HR
  • You conduct qualified initial conversations, analyze customer needs and provide professional advice on our services
  • You develop compelling solution proposals and confidently present our portfolio to operational contacts as well as decision-makers
  • You take responsibility for the entire sales cycle: from initial contact through proposal preparation to closing
  • You manage existing customers, identify potential and further develop long-term customer relationships

Requirements

  • Commercial training or a degree, ideally in business, sales or communications
  • Initial professional experience in B2B sales, preferably in a consultative or complex-sales environment
  • Enjoyment of outbound sales, strong communication skills and a confident manner
  • Structured, goal-oriented way of working and a good sense of customer needs
  • Very good German language skills (at least C1); good English skills are an advantage
  • Hands-on mentality, team spirit and strong motivation to continue developing professionally
