About the role
- You conduct professional conversations with decision-makers — in particular with ESG officers and members of senior management
- You acquire new clients through targeted outreach and needs-based consultation
- You evaluate prospects' sustainability goals and potential and convince them with tailored solutions
- You support the preparation and dispatch of proposals and maintain our CRM system conscientiously and in a structured manner
- You further develop existing client relationships and strategically position our services
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a degree in a commercial/business field, preferably with a focus on new customer acquisition, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have professional experience in telephone-based B2B sales of services and products
- You have a talent for sales, enjoy professional outbound tele-sales, and demonstrate strong communication skills and enthusiasm
- Your German and English skills are fluent, both spoken and written
- You are characterized by a high degree of autonomy, organizational ability, commitment and reliability
- Additionally, you demonstrate a hands-on mentality and strong interpersonal skills
