Independently manage research projects from concept development and planning to execution and evaluation.
Conduct market and product analyses in renewable energy sectors (photovoltaics, storage, e-mobility).
Develop and implement ideas for evaluations and statistical analyses using internal and external datasets, continuously improving models, tools, and reporting methods.
Prepare comprehensive reports, present research findings to clients, and contribute insights internally as well as for marketing and communication purposes.
Participate in all stages of research projects, from questionnaire design and programming to graphics creation, final reporting, and maintenance of internal databases.
Requirements
Completed university degree in economics, political science, business psychology, geography, market and communication research, statistics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in research or project management.
Ideally, first professional experience in renewable energy (photovoltaics, storage, and/or e-mobility).
Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel), Experience with SPSS.
Knowledge of Python is an advantage and will be considered a plus during selection.
Enthusiastic about working with data and numbers, with a structured, independent, and reliable approach.
Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with high team spirit and commitment.
Excellent communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus but not mandatory for this position).
