About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Join Account Executives on discovery calls to validate customer pain points and establish immediate domain credibility with prospects who can tell the difference between product knowledge and real experience
  • Participate in executive-level meetings on enterprise opportunities, lending the kind of practitioner authority that moves deals forward at the decision-making level
  • Consult on RFP responses to ensure Euna's language reflects how practitioners actually think and that requirements are interpreted the way customers intend them
  • Represent Euna at marquee industry conferences — GFOA, NIGP, NACo, NASBO, and others — building authentic relationships with finance directors, procurement officers, and grants administrators
  • Develop thought leadership content — white papers, articles, webinars, and conference presentations — that positions Euna as a trusted voice in the practitioner community
  • Advise product teams on operational realities and regulatory requirements so that roadmap decisions and feature framing reflect how practitioners actually work
  • Facilitate domain-specific sessions at Customer Advisory Boards and Eunaverse, Euna's annual customer conference, as a featured contributor practitioners genuinely look forward to hearing from.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant hands-on experience in at least one of the following: government budgeting, public procurement, or grants management
  • Direct experience within a public sector organization, with city, county, or state government strongly preferred; nonprofit, tribal, or educational institutions also valued
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with authority in front of senior audiences — elected officials, finance directors, department heads, and executive leadership
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate practitioner knowledge into compelling content and presentations
  • A track record of building trusted peer and leadership relationships within the public sector community
  • Comfort contributing to sales outcomes in a commercial environment without functioning as a traditional salesperson
