Customer Success Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze usage of the flagship product 'PartsPool'
- Develop use cases and concepts for tailored implementation together with the customer
- Responsible for onboarding newly acquired customers
- Identify customer needs and translate them into sales and marketing opportunities for the sales team
- Maintain regular contact with customers and determine how customer satisfaction is measured
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, ideally in a software, data, or automotive environment
- Industry knowledge of the automotive aftermarket or experience with digital platforms is a plus
- Fluent German and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 10% of your working time)
