Lead the UX/UI design team;
Develop user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design strategies;
Conduct user research to understand customer needs;
Create high-quality wireframes and prototypes;
Collaborate with development teams to implement effective designs;
Ensure brand consistency across all user touchpoints;
Keep up with trends and best practices in UX/UI design;
Perform regular heuristic analyses of critical platform journeys and flows;
Monitor metrics such as conversion rate, drop-off, task completion time, flow success rates, and user errors;
Consistently use analytics and behavior tools (analytics, heatmaps, session recordings) to inform decisions;
Objectively measure the impact of UX/UI improvements by comparing before-and-after scenarios and using controlled tests whenever possible;
Provide direct support to Product Managers and Engineering, supplying clear data to help with prioritization and decision-making.

Requirements

Degree in Interface Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design, or related fields;
Experience in user interface design, user research, and prototyping;
Proven experience in UX/UI design;
Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.;
Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, etc.);
Experience managing a team;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Experience with responsive design and accessibility is a plus;
Hands-on profile with a proactive attitude and a focus on getting things done.
