About the role

  • Prepare performance reports and financial projections;
  • Monitor actual vs. projected analyses, performing deep root-cause analysis of variances and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights;
  • Build, structure, and maintain robust short-, medium-, and long-term financial models to support scenario analysis and ROI assessments;
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial data by reconciling management views with accounting records;
  • Participate in continuous improvement and automation projects, leveraging AI and automation platforms to drive significant efficiency gains;
  • Track KPIs and connect them to financial impact, translating metrics into profitability analyses.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;
  • Previous experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting;
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel;
  • Ability to interpret and communicate financial data clearly.
