About the role
- Manage a multidisciplinary squad, promoting collaboration and the professional development of team members;
- Perform code reviews, ensuring code quality, scalability and security;
- Be responsible for technical decisions, system architecture and the definition of development standards;
- Identify and propose continuous improvements to processes and technical solutions;
- Act as a facilitator between the development team and other areas of the company;
- Support the professional growth of team members, fostering a continuous learning environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing software development teams;
- Essential: experience with people management tools and processes;
- Strong experience in software development, with mastery of engineering best practices;
- Advanced knowledge of system architecture, scalability and security;
- Ability to perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to other developers;
- Excellent communication, proactivity and a collaborative profile.
- Differentials:
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.);
- Knowledge of Flutter, React and Node.js;
- Experience in high-availability environments and distributed systems;
