About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, configure, and push audience lists across internal databases, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and 3rd-party ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok).
  • Assist in the tactical execution and audience sharing workflows within Data Cleanrooms (such as Google Ads Data Hub, LiveRamp, etc.), ensuring privacy-safe data connections are accurately set up.
  • Work closely on a day-to-day basis with marketing analysts and channel managers. Understand their campaign goals to pull and implement the exact right audience segments needed to drive success.
  • Become the go-to operational expert on how our audience platforms work. Stay up-to-date on platform UI changes, upload requirements, and standard methodologies for list formatting and deployment.
  • Actively supervise the health of our audience segments. Keep an eye on match rates, audience sizes, and refresh schedules. Perform detailed Quality Assurance to ensure lists are accurate before campaigns launch, and troubleshoot basic sync errors.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 0-2 years of professional experience, which can include relevant internships in marketing operations, digital marketing, engineering, or data analytics.
  • Experience with, digital ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads) and/or CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with the concepts of Data Cleanrooms and Customer Data Platforms, with a strong eagerness to learn how to operate them technically.
  • Comfort working with large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is plus, or a strong willingness to learn on the job.
  • Extreme Attention to Detail: You take pride in precision and double-checking your work.
  • Highly Organized: Ability to balance multiple audience requests from different analysts and manage your time effectively to meet campaign launch deadlines.
  • Creative & Curious: A proactive, fast learner who isn't afraid to click around a new platform to figure out how it works or read documentation to solve a problem.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Strong ability to communicate operational realities, timelines, and technical requirements to your non-technical marketing partners clearly and effectively.
