About the role
- Be responsible for prioritizing, defining and executing initiatives that enhance user transparency and data control
- Develop product strategies that bridge Legal and Product goals, balancing user privacy, business objectives and compliance
- Navigate complex trust scenarios independently and make decisions that balance customer trust, UX, legal requirements and business needs
- Drive focus through evidence by prioritizing problems and opportunities based on potential impact, learning and strategic alignment
- Lead discovery by defining hypotheses, learning plans and decision points in partnership with cross-functional peers (including engineering, operations, design, and analytics and Legal)
Requirements
- Proven track record of setting a product strategy that solves customer problems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience qualitative insights and data to make product decisions
- Must be passionate about building safe experiences for our members
