Stakeholder management: Engage and communicate effectively with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives, to ensure unified expectations and executive sponsorship for provider initiatives.
Business-driven engagement: Translate company strategy into actionable provider goals, driving innovation, long-term growth, and competitive advantage.
Governance leadership: Lead or participate in QBRs and operational meetings to track progress, resolve issues, influence strategic direction, and elevate provider partnerships.
Performance oversight: Monitor provider outputs against KPIs and SLAs, challenging performance where needed and ensuring delivery exceeds expectations.
Risk and issue management: Anticipate and proactively mitigate strategic and operational risks, escalating strategically critical issues to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or related field
Proven track record of leading provider/vendor relationships at scale in an international context
Strong relationship-building skills with experience managing external partners
Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
Proven ability to collaborate across functions (e.g. product, tech, operations, commercial)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Ability to translate business strategy into clear provider actions and goals
Experience working with KPIs
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Understanding of commercial contracts and advanced negotiation fundamentals
