Develop and execute sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to drive revenue growth.

Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to live customer and beyond.
Close collaboration with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment between client needs and fintech solution offerings.
Stay updated on industry trends ,challenges, and emerging opportunities to identify areas for business growth.
Requirements
Degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a sales role.
Experience in Travel and/or Payments/Fraud Prevention is a requirement.
Proven track record of identifying, building, and managing successful relationships with prospects, customers, and partners.
Strong interest in the travel and airline industry and understanding of industry-specific challenges.
Good understanding and discipline regarding sales pipeline management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Spanish are required.
A proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
