Director

• Define and refine the strategic vision and long-term roadmap for the Affluent Wealth Management product line, aligning with company goals and market demands in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and the UK.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: market/competitor analysis, ideation, requirements, delivery, and go-to-market execution, ensuring digital-first, scalable, and regulatory-compliant solutions.
• Gather, analyse, and prioritize customer, advisor, and business needs through interviews, platform data, and research, and translate these into actionable product requirements and user-centric journeys.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, regulatory and compliance, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
• Drive operational excellence and profitability of the product line, monitoring KPIs, identifying growth opportunities, setting pricing strategies, and optimizing portfolio performance.
• Ensure alignment with all regulatory frameworks (MiFID II, FIDLEG/FINMA, WpHG, SFDR), and steer ongoing compliance automation across markets.
• Act as the internal and external evangelist for the AWM product vision, representing Etops with clients, industry bodies, and regulators, and supporting business development and commercial success.
• Maintain close monitoring of competitive and technological trends, proactively adapting the roadmap to ensure market leadership and innovation in digital onboarding, ESG, advisory, and client engagement.
