7+ years of hands-on experience in Coupa implementations
Excellent understanding of end-to-end S2P flows, controls, and best practices
Strong functional expertise in Coupa P2P, including configuration, workflows, approvals, tolerances, and compliance
Exposure to and/or hands-on experience with SIM, Coupa Pay, RPMA, Sourcing, CLM, and Expense modules is highly desirable
Solid understanding of Coupa integrations with ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Intacct, Workday, or similar platforms is a strong plus
Prior experience working on US-based Coupa projects; onsite experience in the USA is a strong plus
Experience working directly with global customers and distributed teams
Comfortable working in the US EST time zone overlap
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and ownership attitude
Self-driven professional capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, especially in high-volume S2P environments
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including CXO-level interactions
Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven consulting environments, with ownership of delivery outcomes
Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
Must be Coupa-certified in the Coupa modules
