About the role

  • Prepare restructuring reports (Sanierungsgutachten) in accordance with accepted standards and implement strategic measures together with clients.
  • Perform detailed analyses of financial and business key figures and review clients' financial data and reporting.
  • Work with company financials and produce integrated corporate planning and forecasts.
  • Optimize business processes across industries and implement agreed measures with clients.
  • Prepare comprehensive market and industry analyses, identify strengths and weaknesses, and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Take the opportunity to share your expertise through our seminar offerings for credit institutions.
  • Support corporate transactions, whether for capital raising in restructuring situations or in standard succession cases.

Requirements

  • University degree in a business-related discipline; commercial vocational training—ideally with experience in corporate lending—is a plus.
  • Several years of experience in restructuring and turnaround advisory or in transaction advisory.
  • Lead projects and provide technical leadership and mentoring to less experienced colleagues.
  • Act as an empathetic, reliable, and trusted advisor when dealing with clients, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel.
