- Comprehensive legal advice to our clients in corporate law
- Drafting expert opinions, legal opinions, contracts, and, where applicable, complaints/lawsuits
- Independent case handling from intake through billing
Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with a focus on corporate law
- Some professional experience as a lawyer in the field of corporate law
- Strong interest in tax and/or corporate law
- Enthusiasm for working on demanding and complex legal issues
- Team-oriented and committed
