- Drafting expert opinions, legal memoranda, contracts, and, where necessary, lawsuits
- Independent handling of matters — from intake to billing
Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer / attorney (m/f/d) with a focus on corporate law
- Initial professional experience as a lawyer in the field of corporate law
- Strong interest in tax and/or corporate law
- Enjoyment in working on demanding and complex legal issues
