About the role

  • Responsible for financial and business audits of companies across a wide range of industries, legal forms and sizes
  • Primary point of contact at the client management level, including planning, organizing and leading all audit processes
  • Assume leadership responsibilities, including empathetic team management and coordination of specialists within the ETL group
  • Responsible for preparing proposals as well as process optimizations and quality controls to ensure the highest standards
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and actions aligned with the needs of clients and the team
  • Together with highly qualified colleagues (m/f/d) you will tackle challenging and varied projects

Requirements

  • Successfully completed Wirtschaftsprüfer exam (German statutory auditor qualification) or close to completion — ideally with initial leadership experience you can further develop with us
  • Interest in forward-looking auditing and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a desire for personal and professional development
  • Independent and goal-oriented working style combined with a solution-focused approach to challenges
  • Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written — to interact effectively within the team and with our clients
  • Willingness to learn and commitment to continuously grow through new tasks and projects and expand your expertise
