- Comprehensive advice on inheritance law and related legal areas
- Preparation of expert opinions, legal opinions, wills, contracts, objections and lawsuits
- Independent handling of cases from inception to billing, with support from specialists
Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with a focus on inheritance law
- Initial professional experience as a lawyer in the field of inheritance law is an advantage
- Strong interest in tax law and/or corporate law
- Enjoy working on demanding and complex legal issues
- Team player with commitment and willingness to take initiative
