About the role
- First point of contact at our firm and at the reception desk; responsible for incoming calls and welcoming our clients
- Organization and coordination of general office processes
- You process incoming documents and, using the document management system, help maintain an almost paperless office
- Handling internal and external correspondence for firm management
- Contributing to the development of workflows
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or career changers welcome
- Initial experience in reception or secretarial roles
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Ideally experience with DATEV
- Strong communication skills and a good team player
- You enjoy organizing, always keep an overview, and like taking on new tasks.
