About the role
- Comprehensive advice to our clients on inheritance law as well as tax, commercial and corporate law
- Preparation of expert opinions, legal opinions, wills, contracts, objections and lawsuits
- Independent handling of cases from intake through to billing
Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with a focus on inheritance law
- Initial professional experience as a lawyer in the field of inheritance law
- Strong interest in tax and/or corporate law
- Enjoyment in addressing demanding and complex legal issues
- Team player with commitment and willingness to contribute
