About the role

  • (Inter-)national sales of our innovative Compliance Management Software in medium and large enterprise business
  • Advising prospects, conducting workshops and product demonstrations across industries (online and in-person at trade shows & events)
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, marketing initiatives and business development strategies
  • Researching and analyzing European markets, segments and target customers with premium growth potential
  • Designing and executing innovative acquisition campaigns to position us with decision-makers & multipliers
  • Experimenting with new outbound activities across the full funnel
  • Collaborating with Sales Operations, Marketing and Key Account to convert qualified leads into the funnel

Requirements

  • Experience selling B2B SaaS, ideally with international exposure
  • You enjoy exciting new contacts about good solutions
  • You develop your own strategies to generate new leads
  • You take ownership of tasks and enjoy working in a team
  • You value tasks over titles and are curious about self-organization
  • You enjoy being responsible for driving growth in new markets
  • You speak German and English at C1 level
