About the role
- Responsibility for developing, managing and optimizing our account-based sales strategy
- Data-driven segmentation of markets, definition of ICPs and prioritization of industries and target accounts
- Orchestrate outbound campaigns: from hypothesis to testing, from network mapping to measurable conversion
- Build automations and workflows in HubSpot and n8n that truly advance our sales team
- Primary responsibility for CRM governance, data quality and funnel optimization
- Analyze sales funnels and derive concrete recommendations for marketing and sales
- Optimize lead distribution and lead development
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to introduce new tools and methods for lead generation
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Sales Operations and optimizing SaaS sales
- You love data analysis and think in funnels, processes and opportunities
- Hands-on experience with modern CRMs, automation tools and ERP systems
- You test assumptions with controlled experiments and creative approaches
- You want to take responsibility, shape processes and explore new approaches
- You enjoy working cross-functionally and pursue your goals iteratively
- You automate the systematic analysis of markets and industries
- Automate existing processes and funnels using AI
- You speak German at C1 level and English at B2 level
