About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide outpatient services primarily through play therapy and DBT-C groups.
Utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy as a foundation for treatment following play therapy.
Engage in psychoeducation, skills training, experiential exercises, and recovery concepts to facilitate long-term healing.
Maximize client’s learning and practice of invaluable life skills.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Licensed to provide mental health treatment in the state of Texas
Strong clinical background with solid experience in a psychotherapy setting as well as play therapy
Highly-organized, self-motivated, collaborative, curious, and proactive
Responsive to a fast-paced environment
Fully licensed RPT experience preferred
Afternoon and evening work required on 4 days until 6:30 pm
Submit to a background check if hired.
