About the role

  • Ensure timely resolution of client and internal Remediation requests according to SLAs
  • Own resolution of client level 1 Remediation queries within agreed first response timescales
  • Act as a liaison between client and other ethiXbase teams
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating content
  • Collaborate with the global Remediation and Research team
  • Continuously learn new ethiXbase products and related technologies

Requirements

  • Educated to Degree level with preferably one-year relevant working experience in a Due Diligence, Compliance, Research or Writing related roles.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, additional language skills particularly Mandarin and Spanish are a bonus
  • Concise and clear presentation skills
  • Proven track record in relationship and network building, including proactively helping others, working within and contributing towards effective teams
