About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure timely resolution of client and internal Remediation requests according to SLAs
Own resolution of client level 1 Remediation queries within agreed first response timescales
Act as a liaison between client and other ethiXbase teams
Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating content
Collaborate with the global Remediation and Research team
Continuously learn new ethiXbase products and related technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Educated to Degree level with preferably one-year relevant working experience in a Due Diligence, Compliance, Research or Writing related roles.
Fluent in written and spoken English, additional language skills particularly Mandarin and Spanish are a bonus
Concise and clear presentation skills
Proven track record in relationship and network building, including proactively helping others, working within and contributing towards effective teams
