About the role

  • Work closely with the Principal Product Owner to gather, document, and validate business and user requirements
  • Assist in backlog grooming by organising, refining and maintaining requirement artefacts
  • Partner with Client Success, Solutions, Sales, and SMEs to collect feedback
  • Analyse workflows and user journeys across the Ethixbase360 ecosystem

Requirements

  • Be a holder of valid documents with permission to work in Malaysia
  • Business level (C1/C2) English, spoken and written
  • 4-6 years’ experience working in a BA/PO or equivalent function within a agile, ideally SaaS environment
  • A background knowledge in compliance, due diligence or a related field would be well regarded
