About the role

  • Create, script, structure, and edit high-quality eLearning modules across key thematic areas such as Human Rights, Cyber Security, and broader third-party risk management themes
  • Convert policy documents, client materials, and subject matter inputs into engaging, accurate, and scalable learning content
  • Tailor standard eLearning modules to meet client specific requirements and support clients with content adaptations where needed
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and internal/external SMEs to refine and enhance learning content, questionnaires, and other engagement materials
  • Actively prospect for opportunities to build out an ever-growing course catalogue

Requirements

  • 3-5 years hands-on experience creating, editing and delivering digital eLearning and other engagement content
  • Strong portfolio showcasing real projects that demonstrate skills in creating effective, interactive learning experiences
  • Proficient with authoring tools, experience with Synthesia and/or Articulate 360 would be well regarded
  • Higher education or certification in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or related fields is desired
  • Business level (C1/C2) English, spoken and written
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
