Lead end-to-end product development for Ethermed’s SaaS authorization submission platform, from discovery through execution.
Define product requirements, workflows, UX concepts, and delivery plans in partnership with Product, Design, and Engineering.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Clinical, and Payer Connectivity teams to ensure solutions are accurate, compliant, and scalable.
Translate complex healthcare and payer requirements into intuitive user workflows.
Own prioritization, roadmap planning, and delivery of key authorization submission initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Design, or Digital Product roles with shipped B2B SaaS products.
Direct experience with healthcare workflows (required).
Strong UX instincts with the ability to evaluate and guide intuitive product experiences.
Comfort working with data to inform prioritization and decision making.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
