About the role

  • You create and schedule content for social media (primarily Reels, Stories, visuals) — targeted along the customer journey
  • You design visuals for advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn) with a focus on our target audience: property management companies
  • You create and maintain content and copy on our WordPress website (Elementor) and optimize it for structure & conversion
  • You support the optimization of existing marketing materials (e.g., presentations, brochures)
  • You contribute to the conception and implementation of holistic marketing campaigns
  • You develop new content ideas, bring creative impulses — and think in terms of stories, target groups and touchpoints
  • You edit videos for social media (e.g., Reels, testimonials, behind-the-scenes)
  • You enjoy working with AI-powered tools and bring ideas on how we can use AI even more smartly in marketing
  • And if you’d like: you’re welcome to appear in front of the camera for video content — e.g., behind-the-scenes, Reels, personal insights.

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a master’s program, e.g., Marketing, Media Design, Communication Design, Digital Media, Communications or Business
  • You already have practical experience in digital marketing — e.g., through internships, freelance projects or agency experience
  • You understand the logic of the customer journey — and know how to structure content to drive people to take action
  • You are confident using tools such as Canva, Adobe (Creative Cloud), CapCut, WordPress and Elementor
  • You have a strong sense for social media formats, visual storytelling and audience communication
  • Ideally you live within a maximum radius of 100 km around Stuttgart — for occasional content shoots or on-site projects
  • You are confident enough to appear on camera — and willing to make your own ideas visible
  • You are interested in new technologies and AI applications in marketing — and enjoy testing new approaches
  • You work in a structured, proactive way and really want to make an impact within the team
