About the role
- You monitor and analyze Google and Meta ad campaigns — with a focus on KPIs such as CPL, CVR, and ROAS
- You ensure accurate tracking — from UTM parameters and conversion goals to funnel analysis
- You set up marketing automations
- You assist in structuring and maintaining CRM data in Pipedrive — including lead scoring, segmentation, and data quality
- You contribute to testing and monitoring campaigns — e.g., A/B tests, ad variations, and audience segmentation
- You help with performance and conversion optimization and with creating new content for our website, which is built on WordPress with Elementor
- You prepare results in clear reports and dashboards — for internal learning and strategic decision-making
- You introduce new tools or automation ideas — e.g., via Zapier, Make, Pipedrive, Notion, or other no-code solutions
Requirements
- You are enrolled in a master’s program (or an advanced bachelor’s student) — e.g., in Business Informatics, Digital Business, Data Science, Online Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Marketing Intelligence, E‑Commerce, Information Management, Digital Media, or a related field
- You have initial experience with performance marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Manager)
- You know the basics of tracking, pixels, UTM parameters, Tag Manager, Google Analytics, or Matomo
- You enjoy working with numbers and structures — and can derive concrete action recommendations from data
- You bring a digital mindset and an interest in AI — tools like Pipedrive, Zapier, Make, or ActiveCampaign excite you rather than intimidate you
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and independent manner
- You are interested in the real estate or PropTech industry and understand B2B target audiences
