About the role
- Identify potential new B2B customers and reach out via phone and email
- Develop and grow existing customer relationships
- Listen to and understand the requirements and processes of property management companies
- Present the benefits and functionality of the software via video calls or on-site meetings
- Attend trade shows and events to represent etg24 and highlight its potential to attendees
- Communicate and engage with prospects and customers
- Record all activities in the CRM system
Requirements
- Enjoy active selling and have a passion for persuading others and building networks
- Persistent without being intrusive and ambitious without being cutthroat
- Industry knowledge in real estate is a plus
- Digital and curious mindset
- Ability to independently learn new software and technologies
- Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Team player who can also work independently, accurately, and efficiently
