About the role

  • Define, structure, refine and propose commercial strategies to the Head of Sales
  • Prepare a medium- to long-term sales action plan
  • Identify targets and build a portfolio of prospects
  • Retain and grow your client portfolio
  • Conduct negotiations necessary to close sales
  • Lead product demonstrations, support product rollouts, and participate in implementing our products at customer sites
  • Proactively contribute ideas for the development of sales support tools

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in field-based B2B sales, ideally in construction materials, building products/equipment, or professional distribution
  • Experience in indirect sales
  • Knowledge of the dealer/trade network and/or companies in the sector
  • Ability to analyze customer accounts and territories and develop action plans
  • Highly autonomous with strong organizational skills (field-based role + forfait jours / annualized working days)
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, Outlook)
