About the role
- Define, structure, refine and propose commercial strategies to the Head of Sales
- Prepare a medium- to long-term sales action plan
- Identify targets and build a portfolio of prospects
- Retain and grow your client portfolio
- Conduct negotiations necessary to close sales
- Lead product demonstrations, support product rollouts, and participate in implementing our products at customer sites
- Proactively contribute ideas for the development of sales support tools
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in field-based B2B sales, ideally in construction materials, building products/equipment, or professional distribution
- Experience in indirect sales
- Knowledge of the dealer/trade network and/or companies in the sector
- Ability to analyze customer accounts and territories and develop action plans
- Highly autonomous with strong organizational skills (field-based role + forfait jours / annualized working days)
- Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, Outlook)
