About the role

  • The Finance Business Partner is the right-hand consultant of the Country Manager
  • Coordinates & animates the strategic discussions & process in the Country
  • Works closely with the Division to identify future growth segments
  • Involved in commercial decision making and negotiations for material matters
  • Active player in the S&OP process providing the financial analysis
  • Accountable for providing, coordinating, and explaining all relevant financial information

Requirements

  • Ability to navigate easily in a matrix environment
  • Demonstrate experience in shaping strategy and leading its implementation
  • Experience of liaising with and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • A proven track record as a strong strategic thinker with a results orientation
  • A proven track record of successful transformation role
  • Demonstrate business ability combined with strong networking practices
  • A collaborative and “hands-on” team leader
  • Understand and analyse data and translate into compelling decisions and actions
