About the role
- Will be responsible for relaunching a finishes/coatings product line, bringing innovation and a differentiated market positioning
- Manage brands, focusing on architectural solutions and passive fire protection
- Develop brand awareness strategies and multi-channel communications: social media, points of sale, events, and engagement initiatives
- Work directly on building the coatings category within Etex, generating market relevance and impact
- Manage P&L, budget, and product performance.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration
- Proven experience in brand and product management in the construction sector (finishes or coatings)
- Knowledge of P&L, results analysis, and strategic planning
- Fluent English (required) and Spanish preferred
