About the role

  • Manage and develop relationships with key customers in the commercial sector across designated area (Yorkshire)
  • Deliver commercial performance targets across designated area in line with Etex Building Performance’s market strategy
  • Represent the full portfolio of EBP brands to new and existing commercial customers
  • Build and maintain strong face-to-face relationships with key stakeholders across the region
  • Identify opportunities for growth and contribute to regional and national sales goals
  • Collaborate with internal technical, marketing, and specification teams to offer integrated solutions
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to support continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a similar field-based sales role, with experience working independently and remotely
  • External sales experience within the construction industry, ideally in internal finishes such as drylining, insulation, or related systems
  • Ability to build and maintain strong face-to-face relationships with key stakeholders
  • Results-driven with experience delivering commercial performance targets
  • Experience collaborating with technical, marketing and specification teams
