About the role

Requirements

  • Education on Bachelor level in the direction of Technical Construction (e.g. Architecture), Building Engineering or other relevant education with a strong commercial focus.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in external Sales positions
  • Preferable experience from the building industry
  • Advantage if the person has experience with selling to craftsmen and/or architects
  • High communication skills in both verbal as written
  • Well able to work in teams and solo
  • Adaptability
  • Problem Solving: thinking in possibilities instead of problems
  • Time Management
  • Has his/ her network and can create new ones
  • Acts as a trusted advisor in the renovation chain.
