About the role
- Responsible for the end-to-end management, coordination, and follow-up of strategic projects from concept through to final delivery
- Oversee the seamless execution of initiatives to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance
- Proactively manage risks, timelines, and resources, maintaining clear communication and transparency across all levels of the organization
- Regular reporting to senior leadership, including monthly presentations to steering committees and project sponsors (such as C-level executives)
Requirements
- Degree qualified in a relevant engineering field
- A minimum of 10 years project management experience and demonstrated skills in successfully managing large projects to timely completion
- Experience working in an Industrial Manufacturing environment or similar would be highly regarded
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contractor management, compliance, risk mitigation and WH&S
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to effectively build and manage stakeholder relationships and exert influence at multiple organisational levels
- High level communication and negotiation skills that facilitate interaction between the project team and key stakeholders
