About the role
- Lead end-to-end discovery processes, validating hypotheses before development.
- Define product vision, value proposition and product roadmap.
- Also act as Product Owner in day-to-day activities: write user stories, define acceptance criteria and prioritize the backlog.
- Manage the customer lifecycle (acquisition → activation → retention → expansion).
- Design onboarding and user activation strategies.
- Define the go-to-market model together with Sales.
- Support the definition of tiers/plans and the revenue model.
- Define and track product metrics, evaluating adoption, impact and financial return.
- Establish continuous feedback channels with customers and early users, ensuring product evolution based on real usage.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Manager (minimum 4–5 years), preferably with B2B SaaS products.
- Hands-on experience with continuous discovery, hypothesis validation and structured prioritization.
- Experience also acting as a Product Owner (backlog management, writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria).
- Experience working closely with technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of the SaaS product lifecycle.
- Experience defining go-to-market strategy and packaging.
- Ability to track metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience conducting UX research and validating the user experience.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with SaaS architecture (multi-tenant, REST APIs, integrations).
- Understanding of security and compliance principles (e.g., LGPD, authentication, permissions).
